The construction of the building began in 2008; however, the permits were granted three years back in 2005, and finally, it opened in 2017. Palais Royale has around 88 floors which are well equipped with cinemas, swimming pools, cricket pitches, etc.

2) World One

In 2021, World One is the second tallest building in Mumbai, Maharashtra. It has an estimated height of 280.2 meters (919 ft.) and is located in Shankar Rao Naram Path, Upper Worli, Lower Parel. It has 76 floors and 18 elevators as well. The construction was started in 2011 and ended in 2020, and the cost for the building was approx. 440,000,000 dollars. According to rumors, this building was first planned to be 442 meters (1450 ft.) tall, but unfortunately, the Airports Authority of India disapproved.

  • World View

World View is located in Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra, and is currently known as the third tallest skyscraper in the city.
